AFS DINNER/SEMINAR 11/10/2010

The November meeting took place at the The Comfort Inn & Suites on Wednesday, November 10th, 2010

Chairperson Mark Harris opened the meeting at 5:27 PM.

In attendance were Chairman Mark Harris, myself (Secretary, Bob Stuenzi), Treasurer Kevin Walker, alon with board members Pete Carney, Dave Stimson, Glenn Monnell, and Andrew Iannettoni.

I opened the meeting by reading the minutes from October.  Glenn Monnell made a motion to accept the minutes (amended) and Kevin Walker seconded the motion.  The motion carried.

Mark Harris spoke briefly about the mini course that had just concluded.  We had 18 people attend the class.  Mike Gwyn was the instructor.

Kevin Walker then gave the treasurer’s report.  Jack Flanagan made a motion to approve the budget, and it was seconded by myself, Bob Stuenzi.  The motion carried.

Dave Stimson spoke about the upcoming Christmas party.  We only have 11 people coming so far.  We are looking to have at least 24 people attend.

Jack asked if the speaker award was presented (which it was).

The next meeting will be in February 2011.  The speaker will be Phil Waser from Irvin Industries.

Kevin Walker made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Dave Stimson.  The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 PM.
